Main Tube Liner/Internal Tube: Smooth, oil and fuel-resistant, seamless and extruded nitrile-butadiene rubber (NBR); safety lining
Outer Shell: Smooth black synthetic rubber, resistant to wear, oil, seawater, and sunlight.
Accessories: Built-in terminal connections during manufacturing. According to requirements, ASME B 16.5 150lb or 300lb welded neck flat or raised face.
Testing: All tests conducted according to GMPHOM 2009 and customer specifications.
Standards & Specifications: Designed and manufactured in full compliance with OCIMF standards. ISO 9000 certified products.
Rated Working Pressure (RWP): Minimum 15 bar. Hose also available in 19 bar and 21 bar upon customer request. Suitable for operating with internal pressures from -0.85 bar to RWP.
Flow Rate: Liner made of elastomer and fabric suitable for continuous operation at flow rates of 21 m/s.
Applications: Submarine hose for transporting crude oil and liquid petroleum products in temperatures from -20°C to 82°C. Aromatic hydrocarbon content not exceeding 50% by volume.
Electrical Continuity: Copper wires and spiral steel wires provide low-resistance connections.
Features: 1. Connection to FPSO. 2. Rated working pressure.
