Application: The floating offshore oil hose is designed for the transportation of crude oil and liquid petroleum products between vessels in offshore mooring systems.
Main Body/Inner Liner: Smooth, oil-resistant, fuel-resistant, pure seamless, and extruded nitrile-butadiene rubber (NBR); safety liner.
Outer Cover: Smooth black synthetic rubber, resistant to abrasion, oil, seawater, and sunlight, with an orange spiral band.
Fittings: Built-in terminal connections during manufacturing. Available with ASME B16.5 150lb or 300lb weld neck flat or raised faces upon request.
Testing: All tests are conducted per GMPHOM 2009 and client specifications.
