Tapered Floating Marine Oil Transfer Hose

  • High-quality floating oil transfer hoses designed for offshore mooring systems, featuring durable, oil-resistant construction with reduced diameter options for versatile use and reliable performance.

Application: The floating offshore oil hose is designed for the transportation of crude oil and liquid petroleum products between ships in offshore mooring systems.

Main Body & Inner Liner: Smooth, oil-resistant, fuel-resistant pure seamless and extruded acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber (NBR); safety liner.

Outer Shell: Smooth black synthetic rubber, wear-resistant, oil-resistant, seawater-resistant, and UV-resistant. Spiral orange band.

Fittings: Terminal connections built-in during the manufacturing process. Weld neck flat or raised flange according to ASME B 16.5 150lbs or 300lbs as per requirement.

Testing: All tests are conducted according to GMPHOM 2009 and customer-specific details.

Features:

  1. Connection manifold and tail pipe.
  2. Lifting eyes are capable of withstanding load, with minimum breakage load as follows:
    • 12” = 100KN
    • 16” = 150KN
    • 20” = 200KN
  3. Rated working pressure.

Reduction can be achieved in the hose body (or on the reduced steel pipe core), or at the larger inner diameter end of the end fittings. Additionally, a combination of such reduction processes can be applied. In this case, both weight and dimensions may change.
