Main Body and Liner/Inner Tube:
Smooth, oil-resistant, and fuel-resistant seamless extruded acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber (NBR) with safety liner.
Cover:
Smooth black synthetic rubber, resistant to abrasion, oil, seawater, and sunlight.
Fittings:
Terminal connections built into the hose during manufacturing. ASME B 16.5 150 lbs or 300 lbs weld neck flanges, flat or raised face available upon request.
Testing:
All tests conducted according to GMPHOM 2009 and customer specifications.
Standards and Specifications:
Designed and manufactured to fully comply with OCIMF standards and ISO 9000 quality standards.
Rated Working Pressure (RWP):
Minimum 15 bar; 19 bar and 21 bar hoses available upon customer request. Suitable for operation under internal pressure from -0.85 bar to RWP.
Flow Rate:
Liner made of elastomer and fabric, designed for continuous operation at a flow rate of 21 m/s.
Application:
Subsea hoses for crude oil and liquid petroleum products, suitable for use at temperatures from -20°C to 82°C, with aromatic hydrocarbon content not exceeding 50% by volume.
Electrical Continuity:
Copper wire and spiral steel wire provide low-resistance electrical continuity.
