One-End Reinforced Subsea Oil Transfer Hose

  • Subsea oil transfer hoses with 15BAR-19BAR rated pressure, featuring a durable NBR inner liner, high-strength reinforcement, and smooth black synthetic rubber cover. Designed for safe, reliable crude oil transport.

Main Liner/Inner Liner: Smooth, oil- and fuel-resistant, pure seamless and extruded nitrile-butadiene rubber (NBR); safety lining.
Outer Cover: Smooth black synthetic rubber, abrasion-resistant, oil-resistant, seawater- and sunlight-resistant.
Fittings: Built-in terminal connections during manufacturing. Available with ASME B 16.5 150lb or 300lb welded neck flat or raised face, as required.
Testing: All tests performed according to GMPHOM 2009 standards and customer specifications.
Standards and Specifications: The design and production of ZeBang single carcass hose fully comply with OCIMF standards. These products are also ISO 9000 certified.
Rated Working Pressure: The RWP of the hose is at least 15 bar. Hoses with 19 bar and 21 bar RWP are also available upon customer request. Suitable for operation at internal pressures ranging from -0.85 bar to RWP.
Flow Rate: The liner of ZeBang subsea hoses is made from elastomers and fabrics, capable of continuous operation at flow rates of up to 21 m/s.
Applications: Suitable for use with crude oil and liquid petroleum products, operating within a temperature range of -20°C to 82°C, and with aromatic hydrocarbon content not exceeding 50% by volume.
Electrical Continuity: Copper wire and spiral steel wire provide low-resistance connections.
